Group Classes
Group classes take place in the classrooms of the Adult Education programs in the towns of Acton and Lexington (Minuteman Tech). Also, they may be in greenhouses or offsite at a retreat setting. Most of our group classes take place from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. A link has been included so you can register for your desired date and location.
This 2 part class includes lecture and hands on and I promise you that by incorporating a few changes that I will cover in this class, you will boost your immunity, have more energy, and manage your weight better. We will examine different food categories in terms of nutrient and caloric density. We will explore and learn how to structure a full day of meals eating a healthy whole foods diet. You, in turn, can make powerful and sustainable food choices that directly and positively impact your health. In addition to an overview of whole and raw food ingredients and their health benefits, we will discuss and present recommended raw kitchen supplies and appliances as well as the various methods to soak and sprout seeds and nuts and turn them into delicious and nutritious entrees. And as you get more nutrients from your diet, you will experience the benefits of how incorporating this simple, whole foods-based approach is the key to achieving vibrant health. You will leave this class with a notebook that includes lecture notes, recipes, and web and other resources that are essential to your success in incorporating whole and raw foods into your diet. This class includes lectures/instructional materials and 2 demos and tastings in each session.
Learn how to make delicious uncooked soups for all occasions from your evening meals to entertaining. We will learn techniques used by Whole and Raw Food Chefs and enjoy samples throughout the class. Nutritional information available for all recipes. Soups may include Chia Gazpacho, Cream of Shitake and Chicken-less Noodle.

Take our entire 7 Part Series or 2 or more classes and receive a discount. Classes will be offered on 7 consecutive Wednesday evenings April 28 - June 9, 2010 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm.

Individual One-on-One Sessions
Individual classes are hands on and take place in the convenience of your own home. We are located in Boxborough, MA and will drive up to 20 miles to your location. For those of you over our 20 mile radius, an additional fuel charge will be agreed upon. We have several packages to choose from - we will call you once you register to set up convenient dates and times. An additional $10 material fee will be due at each session.
